Refund policy

At Bahuman.com, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

• The product was damaged during transit
• Wrong product delivered
• Order cancelled before shipment
• Product unavailable after payment

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by customer (unless exchange is allowed)
• Normal wear and tear
• Products damaged after delivery

Refund Process

Once approved:

• Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days of the product's arrival at our warehouse and successful completion of the quality check.
• The amount is credited to the original payment method.
• Bank processing times may vary.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
